Whew, it’s been awhile!  So busy and forgetful.  Well, just stopped by to say this is the best day of my life!

My Nana knows this young teacher at St. Mary’s School in Melrose, Mass. and this teacher was interested in having me come in to talk to her students about writing a book.  So today I did.  I was really nervous all week (for weeks in advance, actually) but then I got there and somehow it flowed naturally.  The teacher asked me a question and I would answer and eventually the kids started asking and the thirty minutes or so we had just flew by.  I was surprised how easy it was.  I mean, don’t get me wrong, I was sweating like crazy, but it was so natural.  And we ended up selling sixteen books (as much as at Barnes & Noble!) and over half a dozen of them asked for my autograph!! It was wonderful.
